Jeremiah Owyang is a big advocate that blogging is about building community and that takes time. Good luck, it sounds like you are doing well after just a week. This is the sister that Connie mentions a lot. First, those 2 subscribers are both me. I was testing out that subscribe by email works! Second, I am trying to diagnose this blog. Sometimes this blog loads fast and sometimes it loads slow. I have talked to the host and they assured me the site was fine. It's a shared host and I bet we are sharing it with a sql intensive site. So that is why Connie is asking about blog loading. Slow websites are not good. Do I get to comment on your blog? This is the sister that Connie mentions a lot.
