You guys have a brilliant solution for all that I do manually thru a variety of methods. For me, I make it a habit to generally follow folks that mention Radian6. As you say it's a quick way of saying a digital "Hi there" and I care to hear what you are saying. Now that Radian6 has full Twitter coverage as part of the solution I use our own solution to stay on top of what being mentioned in Twitter and of course all of the other types of social media.
