		<description>O.K. Thank you. I am Spanish. I am sending that from South Spain (Sevilla). I met Shel Israel in my city last year in our national blogger metting we invited him. My point is: all depends on how coordinate people and the best ideas that go around and inside the company. Everything was very easy during the command and control era, but that is over. We need  some new customs after we have the new tools.
