- Identify popular problems in user work flow
- Communicate use case developments to team
- Represent the user experience to organization

Some of the areas mentioned in your list may bleed into Business Development/Marketing roles such as &quot;collaborate &amp; partner with related organizations&quot;.  Do you mean on an activity level or &quot;doing deals&quot; level?  The latter seems to be more strategic than tactical.  Plus it could be overwhelming to manage that along with the standing list of responsibilities.  Just a though.</description>
