I look forward to learning more from you about the world of community building. I think about your comment on patience. It takes time to get to know people, to listen to them and really hear what they have to say. It also takes time to, learn about your brand and/or technology. so you've gotta have a little patience for yourself! That being said, the time investment is worth it. I can't think of any work I've done in the past that has been as challenging and satisfying. Thank you so much for this nice post and your kind words.
