This is an excellent post that provides insight into a world that most people deem glamorous without knowing all the facts and great ideas about how to move forward and be of value in your current organization. I am certainly beginning to use what I am learning through my extended social media to help my employer get a better understanding of some of the strategies we could employ. I have recently been talking to some folks about some full-time opportunities, and I am going to design a role for myself and submit it to them as part of the ongoing dialogue. Connie –
