Personally, for a regular weekly meeting I prefer to have a set time limit, agenda, and someone assigned to keep things on track. Its way too easy to go off on tangents if you don’t have one person who has the job of pulling in the reigns when necessary. I also want access to the agenda prior to the meeting. The more prepared the smoothly things move along. Aside from regularly scheduled meetings, I’d have to say I prefer the Join Mode. Engaging people and eliciting participation are necessary to keep attention.
