Hey Clay - I need to see how you fixed my profile at Mash! Can you just fill it all in for me please?

Jeff - The book is a quick read but definitely gets one thinking. If you decide to jump, there are many of us here to offer support. Each of my 4 careers have been very different... and I'm not sure what I want to be when I grow up. :)

Bill - I totally agree! Thanks for joining me on Twitter & Facebook! Who knows what's around the bend?!

Connie - it is an exciting time and one with an abundance of opportunities. Social Media in all of it's iterations is where it's at and like you I'm learning day by day. Seth's books are all excellent and eye opening.

Thanks Chris! You have such a gift for reaching out to people & helping us. Your thought provoking questions are phenomenal for causing me to look inward. I'm joining you in this venture. Jeff Glasson linked me to Minnesota Podcamp, so I've found my regional connection. :)

And Debi, that makes me blush. oh my! To be someone's hero puts a lot of responsibility on me. Social media IS being used in educational settings. It's a great way to connect students with the world. I can connect you with some resources & examples.

Connie, I'm really excited for you in this new career. I've seen you put social media to good use within the digital scrapbooking community and you are my hero. Now if I could find a way to do this within an educational setting. Of course they much more hesitant to embrace the technology than corporations are. I'll be watching you and taking notes. :-)

You're really in there making it all work, Connie. The stuff you're coming up with and all the conversations you're participating in have meant a lot and made tons of connections in this new and weird space. Glad you're out here figuring it all out with us. : )
