		<description>For myself, I network with an aim of building relationships, but sometimes it ends up being transactional. Not everyone I connect to interests me in the ways a relationship requires, and I am sure that feeling is mutual!! At the same time, some people I have connected to while networking are both fascinating and awesome!

The thing is: networking for relationships is work, and I think that is a turn-off for some people. Maybe they are so social in their meatspace lives that networking through the internets is too disconnected. For me, I try to invest as much time and energy into the people I care about as possible.

As with any relationship, the energy input is often exceeded by the output.</description>
