Seriously, I loved our conversation and can see why you are a superb community manager. You have this wonderful knack of reaching out, and yes making that person feel valued which is a special skill. I especially loved the emphasis you put on balancing the voice of the customer and the needs of the business, and also the need for internal training. Thank you for being so open with your thoughts
