		<description>It's "ok" to reach out and ask people about the type of issues they'd like to be discussing. Even when you're writing for your personal blog, ask your readers what they'd like to be reading. Really, it's ok to ask. I think sometimes it's as you say, we're afraid to.</description>

		<description>Great suggestions.  I recently started a facebook group to solicit input for a white paper (we call them blue papers) on good tools for running a virtual office.  I got many sign-ups, but no conversation.  I'm on to plan b, which is carrying a small camera around and asking the geeky folks I meet up with to weigh in via video.  I'm getting some great stuff and hope posting them back to the group helps stimulate more conversation.  Thanks for the warm twitter welcome!  @pmohara</description>
